Fatou Aesthetics is a Columbus-based practice founded by Fatou Diouf, a nurse and aesthetic provider. The practice offers Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, and chemical peels through a thoughtful, personalized approach that considers each client’s features, goals, and skin—including the needs of melanin-rich skin. The focus is facial harmony, healthy-looking skin, and natural-looking results. Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of the booking payment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, result in forfeiture of the booking payment.
Clients are permitted one complimentary reschedule when requested at least 48 hours before their appointment.
If Fatou Aesthetics must cancel an appointment, clients may choose a full refund of their booking payment or reschedule to another available date.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Please arrive on time to allow for the full Melanin Protocol™ experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your treatment total.
